The TCPA is a federal law that governs telemarketing communications, protecting consumers from unwanted calls and messages. ARC strictly adheres to TCPA guidelines to ensure all communications respect your preferences and privacy.

Program Description

SunSync may send promotional and transactional mobile messages through its messaging program (the “Program”).

  • Promotional messages: These advertise and promote SunSync’s products and services, including special offers, program updates, and solar incentives.

  • Transactional messages: These relate to ongoing transactions, such as order notifications, appointment reminders, milestone updates, and service confirmations.

Mobile messages may be sent via automated technology, including an autodialer or automatic telephone dialing system. Message frequency will vary but will not exceed 10 messages per month.

We do not charge for mobile messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard text and data rates may apply.

 

Consent Is Key

SunSync respects your privacy and communication preferences. We only contact you if:

  • You have provided your explicit consent to receive messages.

  • You have voluntarily opted into our messaging program.

  • You have the option to opt out at any time.

Your participation in the Program is completely voluntary and is not required to make any purchase.

 

User Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number to SunSync, you are opting into the Program and agreeing to receive recurring mobile messages from us. You acknowledge that:

The number you provide is valid and belongs to you.
You authorize SunSync to contact you, even if your number is on a state or federal “Do Not Call” list.
If your number changes, you will promptly notify us at admin@sunsync.solar.

 

Managing Your Preferences & Opt-Out Options

Your privacy matters. SunSync offers simple and hassle-free ways to opt out of our communications:

SMS: Reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message before being removed from the Program.

Email: Click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our emails.

Support Assistance: Contact our support team at admin@sunsync.solar for help with communication preferences.

Important: Requests to opt out using non-standard keywords may not be recognized. We are not responsible for opt-out requests sent to incorrect numbers or outdated short codes.

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from SUNSYNC SOLAR LLC related to your inquiries, updates, marketing messages, appointment reminders, and/or delivery notifications.

SunSync reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Program or update these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on our website. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of these changes.
